The Space
This comfy two-bedroom ground-floor apartment is superbly situated with views over the water at Preston Docks, in the vibrant Riversway Docklands area. Refurbished in 2023, it features new furnishings, a cozy open-plan kitchen and dining room, and a contemporary bathroom—making it the perfect home-from-home. 

The apartment benefits from its own private entrance and parking space right outside, offering both convenience and privacy. Inside, the lounge is warm and welcoming, complete with a Smart TV and Full Fibre Wi-Fi to keep you entertained or connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, and all essential cookware, alongside a lovely dining area for enjoying meals. 

The main bedroom boasts a generous double bed, ample storage, and picturesque views of the marina—an ideal setting to wake up to. The second bedroom is equally charming, furnished with a single bed and additional storage space for your belongings. The elegant bathroom is beautifully finished and includes a bath with an overhead shower, a basin, and a WC. For your comfort, luxury towels, a hairdryer, an iron, and complimentary tea and coffee are all provided.

By Car:
From the M6 Motorway: Exit at Junction 31 and follow the A59 towards Preston City Centre. Continue on the A59, then take the A5072 (Ring Way) and follow signs for Riversway Docklands. Turn onto Pedders Way, and you'll find the apartment complex with parking available directly outside.

    By Train:
    Preston Railway Station: The apartment is approximately a 20-minute walk from the station. Upon exiting, head west on Fishergate towards Corporation Street. Continue onto Strand Road (A5072), then turn left onto Pedders Way to reach the apartment.

      By Bus:
      Local Bus Services: Bus lines 74 and 75 have stops near the apartment. The 'The Pavilions' stop is a 4-minute walk away, and the 'Portway Park And Ride' stop is about an 8-minute walk.
